Thank you everyone i really appreciate the input, i went safe and got a scarlet hermit to make myself feel better lol. :/ its just for the fluval in my bedroom so it wasn't too big of a deal, i'm bummed out but its not the end of the world. The local lfs said they'd let me know if they got any super tiny ones, my clown is REALLY small soooo i'd be kinda easy to kill if the CBS clawed it.

Anyway, thanks a bunch everyone, also side question, can CBS be housed with Starfish? ....just curious.

i had a cb shrimp and had no problems with it. i would only worry if you had bottom dwellers. but clowns would be no problem IMO. go for it :)

I had a CBS for a long time that did just fine with my B&W Ocellaris clown. He hung upside down under one of my rocks. I'd stick a krill down there a couple times a week and never had issues with him trying to get my fish as long as I kept him fed.

I have a coral banded shrimp and clowns and he never bothers them (or anything for that matter). Mine usually stays hidden which is kind of sad but he is a bit of a loner in my tank. I have seen them in some tanks wandering all over but mine stays behind my rock work.
