Yup... hard decision : ( . I have not really considered a 55 because I just do not have room. I think I am leaning toward bring the Kole tang back and getting maybe a wrasse or goby. Do you think bringing the Kole Tang back will solve the issue? Thanks!

Sounds a little drastic but I would get rid of both as long as you are catching one.

The tang is going eventually anyway

The angel may continue the behavior regardless of if you remove the tang, I suspect it will. Some are great some are major pains. You go to all the trouble and remove the tang only to have to go back and remove the angel, not fun.

Either way good luck catching one or the other.

Hard to say what would be best or if the problem would be solved by getting rid of the Kole. I have been fortunate even in the RSM I had no problems with my CB. I had a clown 3 chromis and some other fish but never had a problem with aggression on the CB. I am not saying my next suggestion is the best or would change anything but it is what I would do next. Bring the CB back and see if they will let you trade for another and see how it goes. Like I said it is what I would do but maybe not the best route. worth a try in my opinion.

 

But.... if i get rid of the Kole will the coral beauty aggresion stop? They really have not picked on the clowns.

 

Again hard to say. Will the LFS hold a fish for a week or two. You can drop off the tang and see how it goes. If the CB is just an aggressive fish it may go after the clowns too. If that happens then the CB has to go and get the tang back at least until it out grows the tank.
