so ive been observing that my coral beauty has been coming out more, however i noticed some of its fins are tore up now.

im removing my damsels. i think they're getting too large and being overly aggressive. i just saw one of them try to attack my clownfish.

im trying to get a picture of this. AFAIK fin rots a disease thats only found in freshwater as I fought it once many years ago in a freshwater tank. to date ive never seen this happen to a saltwater fish ive kept.

im guessing that the damsel took off a few fins and now its sick. i can see where it looks like it was nibbled at, but its starting to loose minor fins down to the base. thats not good as the fish wont be able to grow those back.

im considering pulling the angel and putting it into my 10gal quarantine. meanwhile im going to catch the damn-sels.

Oh I'm so sorry to hear this!! Definitely try to get the damsels out and trade them to the LFS. They are just too aggressive.

I am really sorry about your coral beauty!

prolly gonna take ALL the damsels out. i like the yellow-tail one but i dont want it to get aggressive in the future. these are a hassle to catch.
