Coral Beauty not looking good

Quick question for you guys..So this pic was hard to get because he's been hiding out, but whats the white on his fin and by his gills? His one eye is bulged out and white too. I got him a week ago and he's looking worse. I see him eating so I was thinking he'll maybe start getting better but thats not the case. Not sure what to do.. Thanks!

I forgot to mention the water is pretty good, slight trace of phosphates(which is normal for my tank) Mag was a little low. other than that everything seems ok.

 

It almost looks like the mandarin is looking out for him I hope you can figure out what's wrong. It looks like some sort of infection for sure....isn't there something called popeye? You can't really see the eye well in the pick, but check that out along your search.....

 

Normally I tend to think parasite when the marks are in different locations on the fish and it is still eating.:-/

 

If you can't identify then you should probably treat with some general parasite/infection medicine

 

Was he quarantined first? Maybe now a hospital tank?

I hope he makes it, it looks like he has lots of the orange color, more than mine does.
