I'm trying to decide if I want to keep mine or trade in back in for credit. I"m loading up on sps coral in the next couple of months and I want to catch him before my tank gets full. Can't decide, such a beautiful fish.

Yea they are beautiful, it's all about the fish he could be safe but it could be a disaster, maybe if you added a sponge or two he would eat those and not your coral

Holy moly did I jinx myself. The very next day after posting this I noted my coral beauty nipping at the bottom row of my new milli colony from WT, INC. For the last week it was only two branches being picked. Last night I came home and it is up to 4 now. :p

Now I mounted this in his swim zone - perhaps I can do what I did last time and just move it out of there and he will leave it alone. If not, I have a bigger problem.

    Man.

I had to say something and jinx myself. Amazing.

That said, if moving it out of his swim area works again, maybe I am on to something worth sharing with others.

UGH, I'm always so tempted to pick one or a flame up when I see one, but then I remember these stories. I've taken my tank apart to get YT devils out, and I don't want to repeat that again;)

    Good luck Matt

I have a coral beauty and a flame angel together in my 150. I added them at the same time about 2 years ago and never had a problem. I have zoas, frogspawn, hammers, leathers and a bunch of other stuff. Never noticed them touching anything.

So much in this hobby is personal experience. Sucks that the one u got is picking on your corals.
