+1 to all of the above. Angels do tend to nip, but there are some in the hobby who feel that if you feed them enough it will reduce their tendency to nip, and in some cases may eliminate it all together.

Centropyge Angels need spirolina in their diets and they are not necessarily obligate sponge eaters like some of the other Angel genus are. I'd recommend trying to find some frozen preparations specifically for Angels which usually contain spire. Also, the suggestion to feed macro-feast is a great one (although I had not heard you could grow it--you always learn something new in these forums). You may also want to supplement with nori as well.

And, to piggy back off of what Matt said, sometimes some Angels take a liking to specific corals or other sessile inverts (some like zoas for example). As Matt has done, if the above change in diet doesn't work, you may need to remove some of the angel's "favorites" from the tank and see if that changes the behavior.

With all the above being said, with Angels it can be hit or miss. But I would certainly try the above to see if you can find an equation that works for your Angel. If none of that works you may need to decide if you would rather have the Angel, or rather have the corals and act accordingly finding one or the other a new home.

Best of luck! I do love me some Angels despite their persnickity ways...

IIRC from when I used to keep them, the angels are actually feeding on the mucous coating of the critter in question when they "nip", altho they may get small bits of the critter along with the mucous. If the nipping is infrequent and spread out, and your tank is large enuff, it may not make much difference in the grand scheme of things.

Otherwise, you've gotten some good tips about keeping the fish fed.
