    Here are some pictures of mine. Your first picture has a brown base vs a green base but that is just because it is in a new system. Once it gets growing, the base will turn green and stay green.

    i picked it up from one of the LFS out here in Asheville, NC. Not very many things to choose from out in the mtns of NC so when I see something special I try to pick it up(very hard to find anything besides leather corals & brown button zoa's in my town) I'm not spoiled like all you west-coasters!!!!

    very cool pictures! looking forward to seeing some growth out of this guy!! the first picture almost looks like dinosaur skin- very trippy, would make a good desktop background. Wonder if my Canon camera will take pictures that small and that high res. very nice

    Was the LFS in Asheville or around the city? I'm closer to you than you might think.

    I use a cannon SX110 IS for all of these pictures.

    :) it was in black mtn, thats the shop i sometimes prefer to goto... smaller operation, really fair prices due to the drive outside asheville city limits i live downtown so it's about a 20min drive each way. where are you located? reefers seem few and far between in these mtns!
