It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I am leaning towards Montipora, it's an sps, but the piece needs to grow and color up for me to tell.

Does it need a lot of light? Should i place it higher in the tank? Also does it just grow by itself? haha Do i have to feed it at all some how?

It will need intense lighting eventually. Move it up in the tank to mid level, give a week there and then proceed to move it up more allowing the coral to acclimate to the new lighting intensity.

Small polyp corals will take food, fine particles but the maintenance of the calcium, magnesium and alkalinity with consistent levels and intense lighting will do more for the coral than feeding its. Maintain lower levels of phosphates and nitrates.

It could be an Acropora another sps but the piece is not large enough to have definitive traits.
