Coral Frenzy?

well i just got a jar of this stuff and im wondering if anybody here uses this? some of my questions are
1.any good results?
2.how to feed it to the tank?
3.how often?
4.do you traget feed or just mix it with some tank water then just dump in the aquarium?

What types of corals, size of tank do you have?

I only use it a couple times a week...and definately do not use the amount stated on directions. I use a tsp or so for 135g.

I typically target feed...and when I target feed I do turn everything off for about 30 minutes so the corals grab it (skimmer inc). I mix it in a cup of saltwater, let it sit for a few minutes then target. If I dont target and just dump it in there then I dont turn anything off but I dont do that much because I think target is better. I have many LPS though
