Coral Grafting

I've been thinking about giving it a try. It's a pretty interesting concept. This is all I could find:

Has anyone here done this? What was your experience?

 

This guy did it with montipora capricornis. I saw on another forum someone had spliced a green paly with a purple one as well, can't find it though right now. No personal experience though, it's an interesting idea, once I start getting my frags grown out into colonies I may try something like this, there are some really cool options out there.
