What is a good coral to keep in a 10 gallon tank that is easy to take care of?

some softies: watermelon mushrooms, kenya tree, any sort of polyp coral, cabbage coral.

if you have a good lighting system here are a few other types of corals: galaxea, duncan, acans, pavona

My favorites are Zoas and Mushrooms. Easy to take care of and non invasive. Kenya Trees are impossible to kill, but that also means that they'll probably take over the tank pretty quickly. This goes for GSP as well.

I agree with all of your suggestions, except for Galaxea which are very aggressive, and so that would likely be the only coral he could keep, and Pavona, which are not an easy coral to care for.

In addition to those suggested, I would add Ricordea Floridas to the list.
