I have them isolated on one of my rocks. It's has tripled in size in 2.5 months. I just got another variety (color morph) of GSP yesterday for the same rock island.

Can't tell from the pic, are they growing out of a mat, or individually? If they're not growing out of a mat, they're not GSP.

id say GSP as well, try to see at night when the polyps are closed if you can see a purple mat base.

IME Gsp can be a nuisance. I still keep it, but I dedicated a small rock for it in the front of my tank so I can keep it off the rocks and keep an eye on it, my first nano I had gsp over take a $80 zoa frag from underneath so it all appeared fine on the surface then the zoos melted and there was GSP underneath. so watch it closely IMO

I had something similar years ago. Definitely not GSP if there's no mat. Best I could ever get on an ID back then was "daisy polyps" LOL. PolypIDFAQs last post on that page.

I say take the rock out. Take a hammer and chisel, put a thin towel over where you want to split the rock. Split it with a few soft hammer/chisel hits, and toss it back int he tank, then u got nothin to worry about. I did this when some anthelia was going to start taking over a rock with 100+ palythoas growing on it.
