I got this the other day for 10.00 it has a few white spot's from me handling it when I attached it to the rock with a hard plastic tube. It has head's on the back also but they are bleached real bad from laying on its side during shipping. Some are coming back so the rest might make it. I have searched the sites I go to and can not find a specific name for this coral. I want to take more and attach them to this rock on the other little shelves it has and on the side. So I would like to know exactly
    what it is?
and can I put other corals like this together on the same rock (tonga branch?)
Do they grow slow or fast?
It will spread onto this rock right?
    thank's for all your help.

I only meant that galaxea will turn brown under in-adequate lighting. With good lighting it is green. Pretty sure you are good on lighting. That coral looks like favites though. Maybe closed brain?

I wish were the micro dendro that would be sweet. And Mssionsix I wasnt trying to come across sour and I am sorry if you took me wrong. I do agree on the Favites. If it were a closed brain would it be on both sides? any way missionsix if I find that my lighting is not sufficient I will list it in the trading area as I dont want anything that I cant keep extremely healthy. thanks for your help
