Coral ID

Can anyone help out with an ID on this?

And possibly tell my why my female clownfish hates it?

 

Bigger image please. Clown indiscriminately hate certain corals, there is no rhyme or reason other than the coral might be located in her designated territory.

 

I don't know why it was so small before

 

Blastomussa wellsi vs Blastomussa merletti perhaps, the polyps are closed and there is no size reference. If there is a stony skeleton it's an lps if not a mushroom type perhaps

My last guess would be Candy cane Caulastrea, although I see no stalks ( another LPS).

 

May be blastomussa, but I'm leaning towards acanethastrea lordhowensis. Looks like it's not happy though.

 

I just fed it in that picture, It doesn't help that my clown is bullying it.

 

Micromussa? If any coral goes near my female gold band maroon clowns territory she will destroy it. Move it away from the area your clownfish resides.

 

funny thing is it is on the opposite side of the tank than she normally hangs out at

 

Caulastrea Coral, perhaps?

 

I've seen it in person and I'm pretty sure it's blasto.
