    Does yours have a mouth that can get to be about 1" diamater ?

    Mine goes NUTS over mysis :p

    Same here, I feed it mysis, and zooplankton all the time. They are always hungry!!

    You know, I've never really paid attention to it after dark. I've notivced the tissue around the edges changes colors close to the end of the photoperiod.

    Do the white strings come out of the mouth or the disc itself?

    Those white strings are sweeper tentacles. They will attack nearby corals so make sure you give this species sufficient space between adjacent corals.

    You got a dangerious one KOgle. Better move him away from that bubble coral so they don't fight.;D

    It is cool, isn't it? I wonder if I can do something like that with my camera. I'll have to try I suppose :)

    IMO much more interesting than the time-lapse videos of downtown CHI and etc..

    ....Now you have me thinking of ways to do that in my tank...
