First thing, I'm a total coral novice............
that being said, I was squirting a little Joe's Juice last night as I attempt to control my little aiptasia issue and some of the juice ended up sitting next to one branch of a Kenyan Tree coral. The whole coral looked very weepy for awhile until I used a baster to spray the juice away. Tonight the main branch of the coral looks okay but the affected branch is flopped over and looks to have a hole eaten in its base. Should I cut this branch off and get it out of my tank? I don't want any ammonia spikes!

I would cut it off but make sure to remove some of the healthy tissue as well to be sure!
The thing I have found out with soft coral like Colt and Kenyon Tree, is that they should be dosed with iodine and should have a moderate water flow to eliminate collapse!

This thing has been growing like a weed until I got the juice near it. There was an aiptasia that was really close to it and I didn't realize how much of the juice was touching it. Will it cause and ammonia spike?

No, you should be fine! It isn't like you had a new tank syndrome or old tank syndrome, we are talking just a piece of Kenyon Tree coral. I wouldn't worry about it! If you feel the need, you could do a water change, add carbon and keep your protein skimmer working efficiently!!!

How about if I didn't cut it off? Would it be able to heal? Would there be an ammonia spike then? I don't have a razor blade handy right now and may not be able to do it for another couple of days.
