coral or funky rock

    i bought this as a rock but i dont know if it is or not.. friend sed its a type of hard coral. the last one is a singl pic of another item have no clue to what it is coral rock....either way its neat looking and they both green sooo who knows right.

    those pics are a little blurry but it looks like in the third pic there is some purple at the base of it, similar to gsp can't say for sure but you might have something some more pics and someone om here is bound to know

    Looks like a coral skeleton to me. The green is just algae.

    ican say that for the first 3 pics of this (rock) there is 2 long antenna's that come out roughly 2 inches looks like long hairs

    what is a majuno? i know on pic 4 the rock/coral skeloton has a bunch of tiny like star polyps all over it... wish i could get beter pics though

    The antennae could be a worm or other critter. I posted pics in the ID gallery of majano if you want to have a look.

    I think it look slike the skeleton of a Galaxia. It def rock now. But at one point in the past, it was a thriving invert!

    skeleton...makes a great piece of liverock tho...bacteria thrives on them

    does bacteria good and bad like all skeletons of corals? i have a few skeletons in the tank. one is even a large pipe organ skeleton from what i was informed.. bought it as a rock anyway
