I have a new coral. A Xenia Waving Hand coral that keep retracting its arms and hands real tight and squishing itself together. I looks like something is hurting it. Does anybody know what this means? What should I do?

    Thanks,

    Shane

it's a 10 gallon tank and as far as lighting I think it is 26 watts? It was season of the best lighting they had in the store so I think it's pretty liggit. I have 2 xenia waving hand corals. I got them at the same tim on dec31st .I also have a clownfish and a peppermint shrimp. I have Added a few drops of phytoplankton and have also done a water change today. They seem better but one of them isn't clapping like the other is.
Also, this may seem like a stupid question but when u purchase the coral and it's already on a rock, do u need to take it off the rock and attach it to my rock? Thanks for all the help guys!
