    SPS, they are amazing! If you have lights that allow you to keep sps they are great. One thing is, unless you see something you have to get in their handpicked section (for me...tubeworms :)) check out their aquacultured section. Its alot cheaper for frags...and hey frags are better because you can fit more of them in you tank! lol..
