I have the following corals in my tank and I'm needing to know what kind of spacing they need from each other....

    Blasto
    Torch
    Hammer
    Lobo brain
    Finger leather
    Paly's
    Zoa's
    Mushrooms
    Sympodium
    Green star polyp
    Trumpet

    Thanks a ton.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
The LPS such as the Trumpet, Blasto, Torch, Hammer, Brain will need at least 3-5 inches of space if not more.

Finger leather, Mushrooms, Zoanthids, Palys and GSP can pretty much grow right up to each other they do not same dangerous sweeping tentacles. There defense seems to be more of a chemical with limited mesenterial filaments.

    I have never had Sympodium.

The Torch and the Hammer SHOULD be able to tolerate each other since they are very similar species. That is a usual observation but not always the case, esp if they come from very different part of the world where they wouldnt meet in nature. To test you can place them a couple inches from each other and observe for a few weeks to see if they extend any sweeper tentacles toward each other. If they do move apart if not then they are fine to touch

The trumpet will not need much room from other peaceful corals. The brain can have very long sweepers, as long as 6-8" I believe. A torch can sting a hammer, even though they are from the same family. Better to keep them at least a few inches away. And for reference, I have my frogspawn (same family as torch and hammer) right next to some xenia and colt/kenya tree and all seem fine with it.

Ok, so far my torch and hammer are far enough apart I don't see any issues. What I'm mostly wondering about is how far I can put the brain from the mushrooms. The way my tank is set right now they're just about touching and not sure if that'll harm the mushrooms.
