    Some HD videos on youtube look soo good, im just trying to figure out what resolution they are uploaded in or how they're encoded. I use Adobe Premiere

    I've seen 1080p cameras they do look really nice but i think they all use the AVCHD codec and record on a hard drive which makes them very difficult to edit. Thats the reason i went with a tape. Plus all i wanted was 720p. If done right it looks amazing. 1080p to me looks like its too grainy.
