    thank goodness the nearest Lfs is over an hour away....i was psyched about a damsel doin well in my tank and wanted to take a giant leap into corals....glad i didn't waste the money on somethin i'm not yet ready to care for...think i'll wait til i can afford the t-5's, thanks for not calling me an idiot even though i'm sure that was what several of you were thinkin

    No your not an idot, you asked first. The idot gets the corals then posts wondering why they are all dying. Asking lots of questions first is the right thing. You did good. ;D

    Don't forget, there is much more to keeping corals than just lighting. Even in the smallest tanks, I recommend skimming of some sort when upgrading to a true reef tank. What size tank do you have anyway?

    i dont know if you have a canopy or noy but T5 retro fit kits are just as good and alot cheaper
