I've had my 36" Coralife Lunar Aqualights for only 2 months and for some reason it seems that over night the noise coming from the fans are significantly louder. Has anyone experienced this? Also, ever since I received the light, it doesn't seem to be blowing air out of the outflow... or at least not enough air to even lift a piece of tissue paper off of the top. Is there anyway to reduce the noise and check that the fans are working properly? Before, the noise was tolerable, but now it sounds like a tornado in my living room. :-/

Odds are the fans are dirty. The barrings maybe dirty or the blades. Try cleaning them

Sounds like you have the newer fixture that has the fans on top. That's good. Now only 2 of the 4 holes have fans blowing out. The other two are intakes, but they look the same. I would replace the existing fans with some quiet computer fans. The stock fans are probably cheap and couldn't handle the heat.
