    I have the same skimmer and had a similar problem a few days ago. All of the sudden the micro bubbles inside the skimmer where almost non-existent. The problem was the air intake. I shut the skimmer off, and literally blew into the intake hose to try and clear whatever was clogging it up. Fired it back up and what do you know; back to normal!

    I second this. I had the same problem about a month ago. If the airline tubing gets any type of debri in it, it starts gulping for air and looks like your video.

    act normal > 24hrs of no skimmate > cleaning the skimmer > 24hrs of no skimmate

    Now the skimmer is normal again :|
