    Got my coralife 65 super skimmer up and running last night. Surprising, after a few mods the installation was smooth. Hoping it remains problem free but the overall reviews for this skimmer aren't very good. Anyone have comments/suggestions?

    I have had mine for about six months now, the connector occassionally comes off the power head, but other than that I have had no problems. After the first week I no longer had to adjust it, and it pulls a lot of skim mate.

    make sure you keep the fitting where the tubing attached for the airline to the pump clean. I used to get salt creep in mine all the time.
