    I have this bottle of CORALIFE Marine Plant Food. Has anyone ever used this before? I bought it a while back at my lfs because it was on sale, but have never used it yet because Idk anyone else who has tried it. Maybe use it in my refugium?

    On the back it reads;

    A complete nutritional supplement ideal use in aquariums containing marine plants and macroalgae.

    CONTAINS NO NITRATES AND NO PHOSPHATES

    Never used it but it looks similar to alot of products on the market that serve the same purpose. Give it a try it should work out just fine.

    Both are needed for plant growth. If it doesn't have those, what does it have?

    I don't understand how it contains 0 nitrates and 0 phosphates, because that's what they use in order to grow. What are the ingredients??

    EDIT Gresham beat me to it :)

    Sounds about right then. Potassium Chloride is a fantastic fertilizer. I would say go ahead and use it, but follow the directions. What kind of macros are you trying to grow?
