Plz.


So I have the digital timer and I set it up to go on at 7 am and turn off at 4pm. Welll guess what??..

It didnt turn on in the morning so I plugged it on the night plug and went to work.
I came home to find out I didnt turn on the auto setting. Well after fiddling testing and trying to figure out how to get it to turn off when it's in auto(it will not turn off day time at all.. )I changed the current time 12 hours over witch in anycase it should have switched off no luck... I set it up by the book!!

So does any one have this problem as well???? Better yet a solution!!!!??

I'm mad at dr.foster an smith already witch is where I purchased it. I don't want to deal with some sort of exchange....

By the way I did switch it back to the daylight plug.

 

I have one of these also.If you put it on auto during the set time period it will not turn on immediately.It will only turn on when the clock reaches the preset time.Enter your desired on and off times and make sure the AM and PM are correct.Put it on auto AFTER the desired OFF time and it should click on in the morning.The unit doesn't seem to know wheather it's on or off but simply changes the switch position whenever a preset time is reached.

 

Good advice. I bought a Zilla Power Center and it does the same thing, it doesn't work in auto when set, it needs to go to the next day to kick in.

 

I set the timer and then set it to on, so it turns on, then I go back to auto.
