Coraline after 1 week

Hi all,
Is it possible to have coraline algae growing on my rockwork while in the 2nd week of cycle, I ask because I nuked half my rock because of die off, but I swear certain rocks are getting more pink speckles every day, I already have brown diatoms on some rocks and green algae on the sand and glass, its 30" to the sandbed from a single 150 watt halide in a cube tabk, its on 8 hours a day and I use ro/di water and instant ocean reef salt at 1.025
