Coraline on Hermits

    Does anyone else have this, I have about 4 hermits that have purple coraline all over there shells. Its very intresting really, soon as I get a pic I will post it up.

    Yup, several of mine do. It makes there shells look cool.

    yep....they go all over the tank and their shells are usually one of the first things covered with coralline in a new tank setup.

    same i even have a bunch of snails covered in it heh

    lol cool, well i guess they work on spreadign it around. Lol it does make there shells look really cool though like pgoodsell says!

    It's pretty cool too because on the snails you can tell where the new shell is growing, since that part isn't covered with coralline...It is pretty interesting.

    It's odd, my hermits don't really have any on them but all of my snails have turned purple now. I'm not complaining, since I've gotten more snails, I have noticed that my coralline has been spreading faster.

    A couple of mine have the coralline on their shells. It really makes them pretty! One of my guys has ,red, and aqua blue coralline on his shell, so that ones really pretty.
