LOL John yes I see some of the old guys from like 15 plus yrs ago right after Gore gave us the Internet LOL But I see them around the sites they drop me a line here and there to say hey you remember me LOL and when I was trying to do this and kept getting that and after you told me to stop reading the experts instructions it worked LOL

Calcium reactors being only second to skimmers and flow rates .. But remember when they all used to holler at me about the calcium and carbonate levels I was running 20 yrs ago LOL now look what they have came up with and its a good thing the experts figured it out for us LOL But maybe thats why anyone who followed my simple old country boy advice never had issues with coralline LOl or tanks either for that matter.

I kept seeing that Crimson Ghost and I asked Annick I wonder if thats John E from the old days LOL when all where jumping on the new P/C lights .. Good to see you buddy If you ever need anything be it wet or dry just holler at me I'm starting to get back in the swing of things now its been a rough decade of healing bones and bed time for me LOL ..

 

Hello Roger – yup its me John E I’ll be emailing you shortly – I have dusted off an old 75 gallon I have had lingering about for about the past 10 years that screaming out to me. I think the kids play room is about to get a new tank Not sure which direction it will be heading – but I suspect I will be ordering the inhabitants through you and keeping this forum up to date on the development….god, its been years on end since I started a new system !

 

Yes holler when you need anything you may not already have , I'll get it to you and as for its been yrs since you had to set up a tank LOL Yes well see when you set them up the first time with a method that flies in the face of the experts wisdom at that time they tend to last and last LOL . Happy to hear you old in wall tank is still kicking along it has to be ? 8 -10 yrs maybe . The main key is to feed sparingly and keep your hands out and let it be LOL
