what is your Mg at? and you might want to turn off your filters/skimmers and if you have two powerheads for about an hour and scrape the rock where you do have it. it'll spread around then settle. seems to help it spread

what your gonna want to do if your parameters are good is take some steel wool or similar and scrap the coralline already there each little particle you break off will seed where it lands

You really need to test your levels rather than just adding stuff to your tank. Coralline will start to grow, once it starts to take off there is no stopping it, and like many others this becomes a real pain as it grows everywhere! I spend so much time scraping it off my glass with a trusty razor blade...if it didn't grow on the glass then it would be great!

LOL, if it would just grown on the sides and back of the tank. I find myself scraping the front of the glass at least once a week...

Trust me, you get those water parameters right (test, buddy...you gotta test) and that stuff will grow everywhere. I have it on my power heads, my back glass, my sand etc. The only reason it's not on my front and side glass is I have a razor blade that gets used every Sunday. I have not added any supplements to the tank either and it has only been up 2 months.

what kind of load do you have in your tank as far as skeletal corals??? what kind of salt are you using. I have a good friend that I just set a tank up for about a month and a half ago and she already has coralline rolling in her tank. She doses nothing. Just does water changes and that works for her.
