    It does get to be a real pain to scrape it off the glass. I have to scrape the front of the tank about once a week, and the sides I let go for about a month. By that time the sides are completely covered. I let the back go, it has multiple layers now. Although it does get to be a pain, I do like the rocks be covered and it certainly gives the tank a more natural look...
