    I am new to this marine life set up,i have recently added my first hard coral to my tank,the coral was open on the first day i put it in my tank,now tho,unfortunatly it isnt opening.. can anyone give me any suggestions on what I might do?​

    Hello, Welcome to 3reef.

    Can you give us a bit more info? Tank specs, lighting, water chemisty, what kind of coral it is, etc. That would be helpful.

    From just your post, it sounds like the coral is just in a bit of shock from being moved into your tank. It should open in a few days.

    The kind of coral is needed first of all. Then from that we can work with that and determine if the other variables are in check as mentioned above!
