I heard from a fellow reefer that his ate all of his ornamental worms.

my coral beauty has been in my tank for almost a year now. i have a little of everything (softies, lps, sps see signature for details) and he's never gone after any of it. i have never had any feather dusters or worms so i can't confirm that aspect. the only trouble this guy causes is he will tear up my macro algae every once in a while or run headlong into my frag rack.

however, weigh your options carefully. i bought him without knowing that he would nip, otherwise i probably wouldn't have. i usually try to assume the worse instead of trusting my reef to a "maybe not". but it's up to you. like luna said it's 50/50, he'll either eat coral or he wont.

I loved my coral beauty - was very sad when it jumped (and inspired the canopy idea). I also had mine in a 46 - it was a very nice addition and never bothered anything in the tank. Fortunately, my pygmy angel (the replacement) has also been a good choice. I guess you just never know, though. I thought it was a chance worth taking. :)

I have had mine now for a few yrs now really love the deep blue/purple color under the actinics.I first got her when I started my tank as a FOWLR..I have to say ,out side of 1 time she nipped at a snail, she had never nipped or bothered anything in my tank(knock on wood)..I would have to agree w/the above statements in saying it is deff a 50/50/shot..after all ,animals have a mind of their own...good luck with your choice
