Corals for top of aquarium

    I have nanocustoms 3.24 lighting in a biocube 14
    what corals would do well on the top most rocks?


    Flow is MJ900 and korilia nano 240

    well that all depends on what you want... i mean we cant tell you what to put up there because you should put whatever you feel is beautiful up there.

    What is the 3.24 lighting upgrade? is that just another PC bulb in the hood unit?

    well arent some corals supposed to go on bottom?

    SO you are saying I can put whatever I want wherever I want?

    Certain corals need a certain amount of light, a certain amout of intensity and it all depends on the corals, you should look into what you like and then see what that paticular coral would thrive under.

    ok so back to my question what corals would do well near the top -- I have no idea what I can or cannot do -- this is why I am asking so I avoid becoming a coral murderer

    corals are very adaptive to light... and with such a shallow tank it really isnt that important to differentiate between high and low.

    general rule of thumb is that softies can go about anywhere, lps generally like lower light, and sps generally like higher light.
