    Thanks.

I checked out glasscages. Neat stuff there. The rimless tanks look great especially the one on their home page with the suspended lamps.

Agreed on the 180. Wife agreed to giving up 6 feet of my wall space to me so that's a go if the price is right.

whats your plan for the return placement? id make sure there is alot of return flow at the other side of the tank.
reason for asking -- while i dont have experience with the single corner overflow i cant help but think there will be poor circulation on the other side of the tank. even with decent water movement i would think a corner flow would have slightly poorer surface skimming on the opposite side of the tank. obviously many ppl have corner overflows and they probably work just fine as long as there is a return placed on the other side or a closed loop in place, anything to push the water, ect...

as far as looks go i like the center over the corner b/c i enjoy the long side views of my tank and so would not want to block one of the viewing panels. have you thought about a center overflow thats placed in the middle of the tank rather then the back panel? if your tank is in area where you can walk 360 around the tank this may be a good idea so you have viewing panels on all sides.

I would like to point out that the unsightly black plastic of the Megaflow overflows or any other overflow for that matter will be covered in coraline within a year

It looks like 2 back side overflows is what I'll be going with. I'm liking the AGA 180 gal. The LFS has one with the stand for $800. So far that's the best deal I've found.

Also, good to know the overflows will be covered in coraline over time. Being a newbie I guess I really hadn't realized that. Thanks.

Forgot to mention that the tank will be against a wall so 360 viewing is not a concern however length of tank view will be important considering where I'm placing the tank.
