I'm thinking of a drilled mason jar tank with 3 Oz or LR, 4 Oz of pink fiji, mixed lps/sps and maybe a few zoas hooked up to a 150 Rubbermaid.

Great post Cheryl, I agree mostly, But I know my limitations, and they are SPS, I love my tank and it LPS, and I love the challenge of my new picos, but a WC on a pico is stupid easy, like 30 seconds of work. I know I don't want a $1000 apex which is what is costs once you get all the bells and whistles. I love all my friends high tech tanks and am envious of them to a degree, but I also don't like watching their tanks crash, which seems to happen alot. I'm firmly in the KISS method with tanks and gonna keep it that way. bless all those that go high tech, but I'm gonna watch them from a distance and envy their growth like I do yours;)

    Love it

I usually favor reading threads about five hundred gallon tanks and above. Coral is great but love the variety of fish that tanks that big can have. But after this thread may have to try one myself. Will be following this one. Its great. What size skimmer are you going with and will you use uv? You could put it on a stand with a coffee cup fuge under neath.

How bout a punch bowl? They were a very popular wedding gift at one time,it would probably be an easy find at yard sales and might make an awesome frag tank!
