I'd just look for someone breaking down a tank in your area. You might be able to get a complete setup for 500-600.

If you can DIY, you can build a sump for ~20 bucks. Return pump is about 100, powerheads about 100-150. Lighting will probably be your most expensive.

If your skimmer is big enough you can reuse it just hang it on your sump. You can reuse your hob fuge.

I know, but for some reason, my stuff ALWAYS leaks! I guess my main issue is that while I am extremely handy when it comes to that sort of stuff, I really have very little experience with plumbing.

Yea, the only thing is that if I'm going to use HOB equipment, I might as well skip the sump, since that is kind of the purpose of having one

Wow that would be nice, but a 90 is definitely too big for me right now. When I get my own place and don't plan on moving for several years- then I am going all out.

Thanks for looking though- that is an awesome price for it!

Most 90s really are not much bigger then a 75. Its only 4 inches taller. Only difference. Soooo go buy it!

Lol- I live in Philly, so it is quite a drive and I don't own a truck, so I'd have to borrow one from a friend. Additionally, thats another 15 gallons, aka more rock, bigger equipment, etc- all adding to cost and the amount of effort it would take to move it...

75 is the very top end of my range for now
