I would have to agree, angels really don't get along that well together

I agree with the others. Don't do it. Also, you should know that while flame angels aren't necessarily easy pygmy angels to keep, the potter's angels have a reputation for being the hardest to keep. Just wanted to let you know. Good luck with which ever one you pick.:)

Thats weird about the flames being hard to keep. I had one with my very first tank and 2nd tank and i kept them as a beginner with ease.

You have already been through 2?

May i ask where they are now? It would suggest to me that they weren't kept with ease.

I think alot of people on here arent as fortunate as sum with finding a quality lfs to shop at. I started going to salty critter here in ohio about 2 years ago, ive bought dozens of fish from them and maybe had 1 or 2 die. They use tropic marin salt with quality skimmers and feed top quality foods to all their animals. U hardly ever c a dead fish in one of their tanks and im sure their meticulous care with the animals ensures excellent survival rate to the people who purchase them. The people ive met that shop there are willing to spend the money for quality skimmers and equipment to keep their hobby healthy.
