couple algae ?'s

    tap is probably your issue. Do you have a LFS nearby that sells RO/DI water, that's what i use for my tank and is cheap. Or you can invest in your own RO/DI unit, which most people strongly suggest

    yeah I want to get an ro/di unit, but funds are low and I need to buy a sump pump now that mine has failed.

    I did look at lionfishlair.com and they do look like spaghetti worms..so looks like I am ok with those.

    does everyone here agree I should get rid of the algae in the second photo? it does seem to take over.

    just wanted to post these pics and see what everyone thought about the changes...still have algae issues and cloudy water from moving things around but working on it.

    consider cutting back a bit on feeding and run carbon...overfeeding can lead to bacteria blooms, which are sometimes the cause of white hazing, and that might be what you are experiencing. Clown looks healthy though. turkey baster blast your rocks to help stir up in detritus that may be on them.

    I will post another pic or two tomorrow once the water settles down from the rearrange I did today. from what you can see, is there any changes to the rock or powerheads you would make?
