Covering for 55 gal tank

Hi everyone,

I use to have a canopy that sits on my 55 gal fish tank, but i recently just updated to a T5HO light fixture and now i have no covering. Does anyone have any ideas for something that would not allow my fish to jump out but at the same time provide space for light to pass through? and where can i get these materials? My diamond goby jumped out 2 days ago and luckily i was there to throw him back in ( the reason why i 'm in desire need for some help). Thank you everyone for your input!

You can get a piece of eggcrate from Lowes or Home Depot (46"x22") for about $13. Cut to fit. Keep the leftovers. You will find uses for them. You will find it on one of the bottom shelves in the lighting section. A couple of pics so you know what you will be looking for.
