lol no you don't but you'd prob be smart too!

Got it moved and half out of the water, turned to flow down and its a ton better! however not great! I'm thinking about drilled a few holes along the outlet tube to allow air in so it doesn't keep burping! Figure i'll just fill them in if it sucks! I think if the raised the height of the outlet tube opening in the fuge it would allow enough air in too solve this!

Do you guys notice any issues with the weight of the fuge on the back of the tank?

I have the same exact tank that Nana has and am just worried about the extra weight from the water, sand, and rock just putting all that extra pressure.

Nah its well made and has legs at the bottom to balance it out! Not an issue in the slightest!

The sheer wieght and pressure of the water inside the tank pushing out would be tons more than the wieght 3 gallons could push in!

That's what I figured. I'm such a worry wart about everything, so of course I had to be skeptical! Figure a company wont put out product that they know is breaking tanks (hopefully, lol).

Guess I was just worried about uneven weight distribution or having too much weight on one side of the glass. I keep hearing about how pressure points and/or not level tanks can lead to leaks.

    Thanks for clearing it up.

Guess I've been MIA sorry ;) the bubbles do get better with time. No where near what they were when I first hooked it up. Now it's barely noticeable. Keep us posted on your progress. It's cool knowing some else is running what I am :)

Hey I'm thinking about getting one of these. What size do you guys think would work for a 46 gallon? And also what do you mean about the legs on the bottom?I'm sort of scared that it will break my tank lol. And can I use a regular skimmer on this do I have to use a smaller one.

    Thanks so much!!

Bigger is always better! lol, but really anytime you can add volume its better! I have a 55 g with a medium on the back! Seems about right! Here's my thoughts on the skimmer in a fuge! NO! i want my fuge to be a pod factory, a skimmer shreds pods so i went with a in tank slim skim! just my own opinion! I want a mandarin goby and seeded this fuge till the cows came home to get ready for him! Last thing i want is a propellor in thier chopping them up! i'm sure i'll be proved wrong on that but oh well! The legs on the bottom are to just level the fuge out no worries, read the post from the begginning! Much more pressure pushing out than the 3 gallons a medium is will push in! decent product, but your LFS may have someone that makes them!

Thanks! In the distant future I'm looking at a dragonet so that's really why I'm getting this this doesn't need to be drilled or anything right?
