    :pMy mom has a cpr backpack that doesnt seem to be working. Her amonia levels are constantly at .25-.5 . Should the collection cup be full of water or should it fill up with foam. Bubbles stay in tube but dont flow into cup. Any suggestions.

    The skimmate will start as foam and build up into liquid. How long has the tank been set-up? What are your other parameters directly connected to ammonia?
