so I found this gentleman's' suit (molt) on my sand bed..... Im hoping its a matrix crab...it would be the lesser of two evils..... I hope its not a gorilla.... any ideas??

Iv seen it eat algae off my rock, however those pincers clearly have "teeth" to solidly grab prey.....

Possibly a black fingered mud crab.

Those have "teeth" on their pincers.

I'd pull the crab and throw it in your sump.
