cracked another tank today

    the U would be a good idea, unfourtunatly you are right dont have enough room to do in my stand, i wanted to use 2 pipes so one could be a backup in case one gets clogged.

    I would doubt a clog would occur inside the PVC pipe. A clog would more likely occur in the fuge. Maybe you can use one pipe and put a T inside the fuge so if one input gets clogged the other would still be OK.

    yeah that is what i am concerned about, have some strainers to use in the fuge, i like idea of using a T, that way i can use just one pipe but still have dual inputs, thanks

    if i put the strainer vertically then the upper would stay above water level so it could act as a back up in case the submerged strainer got clogged

    great idea

    I decided not to put a strainer on mine at all. The strainer is where the clog will occur and will work against letting pods making their way into the DT. I haven't had a problem with clogs.
