Because you're keeping an animal in conditions unsuited to keeping said animal for both psychological and biological reasons, and we care about the well being of animals....?

And your "kids in a room" example doesn't hold up as a valid equivalent to the tang situation, so I would think you should provide a good reason why your tang is in a good environment rather than express callous disregard for commonly accepted fish husbandry practices and the effects of not following said practices on the fish.

Your tang that is "healthy" and "eats like a pig" has a pinched belly. You're not feeding it enough. Feed it enough to get rid of that, take another picture with it healthy, and then tell me what your maintenance routine is and what your water parameters are. To feed it enough for it to be healthy and to keep your water parameters good, you are going to need a SERIOUS amount of water changes. There is a reason why people say don't put a tang in a 29g tank.

It's hard to get a message across when someone absolutely won't listen to opinions other than his own.

No problem. I just don't like peopel messing up threads, even if it is for something they are worried about. Make your own thread if it is that big a deal..

you had a different tang 3moths ago, or the same one people are arguing over?

I have a very good protein skimmer, i do water changes every 2 weeks,

Honestly...guys.SHUT UP ABOUT THE DANG YELLOW TANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE! you guys have ruined my thread...FOR MY TANK!!! that i wanted to show you guys...But what do i get?!? i nice lecture for the billionth time about why a tang should be in 1000g tanks.........how bout this,

"nice tank dude! like the tang, just remember to remove it when it gets to big!"

    See is that soo hard?

Look at Seano Hermano and grinder37's post, nice, simple, and very easy to type, instead i get lectures, you guys should be able to look at this tank, and say to yourself, "this guy must know that tangs need at least 75g's,"

SO dont go wasting your time and ruining people threads.
    GET A LIFE!!
