    I found a craigslist ad for a metal halide fixture his ad says:

    "I bought b4 i decided to shut down my big tank never been used still in the sealed box its a hight out put metal halide with moon lights leds 2 250w metal halide and 4 54w t'5s 8 moon light leds txt ---------- $350obo was a $500+ light has 4 diffrent cords similar to a aqua light pro I DONT MEET I DONT SHIP NO TRADES CASH ONLY!!! 2 who ask if the light is really n it come check it out fill weight of box read it and ya will no it will b inspected b4 paid 4 "

    It seems kinda odd but the deal sounded nice so I contacted the guy and asked him what brand the light was and he told he the company doesn't have one. Which is why I'm here, is that a true statement? Do some companies not give brands to their lights or is this guy pulling my leg.

    There are several brands, mostly on Ebay, that really don't have a brand name- usually made in China. Check out Ebay for this exact light, I'm sure you'll find it!

    Thought about going with all LED's? That's what I did recently on my 125 and glad I did, - Taotronics 120W LED's off Ebay.

    You'll be buying bulbs for that to keep it doing well, like every year, not on the LED's

    Would it support LPS and SPS?

    Yeah it's half of what made me skeptical, when I had him on the phone he said he was just tearing down his tank due to medical reasons.

    I assumed 48" since they have two 54 watt t5's, I think im gonna offer 150 tomorrow.

    If you're referring to my LED's- YES, my corals (sps, lps, softs) are loving it! ONly $ 150/ per light shipped! I have two of them on my 125.
