Crazy Fruit

I was at the grocery store yesterday and came across one of the craziest looking fruits I've seen in awhile. It's called a kiwano and is a cross between a cucumber and a kiwi, not really sure how that makes orange skin but whatevs. Supposedly you're supposed to just cut it in half and suck the snotty gelatonous seed like things out. It actually tasted pretty good and reminded me of eating a pomegranate they way you have to get the seeds out. Anybody else walk on the crazy side and try crazy looking foods?
