So im kind of embarrassed to even post these pictures, feel like ive messed up bad some where :S I have some crazy growth going on in my tank, ive always kept up with my top offs, water changes.. not so much, My corals seem to be loving life, they open up big everyday, fish seem to be healthy, I dont know what im doing wrong, I did do all my water test before I posted this and I got:

    ph - 8
    ammonia-0
    nitrate-0
    nitrite-0
    calcium 400
    phosphate - 0
    kh - 9 degrees

I dont even know what to say about this..

This green and red tubing completely took over this rock, its not as soft as algea grass, its actually hard

DO NOT pop bubble algae. Carefully remove it by gently wiggling it back and forth until it comes loose. Popping it can make it worse.

In the first pic I wouldn't worry about any of those things, they are harmless and part of good biodiversity and the clean up crew. In pic 2 it looks like you have a variety of alga. The longest green ones look like chaetomorpa the rest I am not sure. I would pm John Maloney of Reef Cleaners on those. In pic 3 those are various forms of bubble alga. You DO NOT want to pop them as this releases spores that will settle elsewhere in your tank and grow more of them. Gently remove them with a toothpick avoid popping them.

well we want to find out how it got into your tank. Did you purchase anylive rock from the ocean? or live rock in general? I believe somtimes we can have issues even if we are keeping maintenance up, I had cyano bacteria intrduced into my tank from bording a few of my corals at the LPS when I had lighting issues. Even with 0 phosphates it still grew and took months to deminish. I purchased a few pieces of liverock from a guy on craigslist and one of his rocks has all kind of nasty ugly looking algae and bacteria, some of which Ive yet to identify growing on it. Im removing it as soon as I dtech my acro from it. but any other new additions?
