Thanks Colorado, I have a 29 gal that i plan to use as a sump to host protein skimmer and rubble. I have an additional wet/dry that i will most likely cut the insides out and convert into a fuge. Then just plumb the two together. Here is a pic of wet/dry. There will be a separate pump controlling sump/fuge return than there will be from the CL

You'll be more than happy with the Bulk Reef Supply RO/DI..I have a much simpler version than yours but mine has never read anything but zero coming out! Fairly cheap compared to other brands too. Everything looks great btw!

    Thanks irr,
i purged per the instructions upon start-up. I have a question about the membrate release valve though. Should i shut the water supply off, then keep the membrane pressure release valve open? Not sure exactly when to use that valve.

Well, built and installed the over flow box last night. Started in on some of the Bean animal overflow plumming too. I'm hoping it stays water tight. The sanitary is ABS, the rest is PVC. The adhesive i found says its good for both (Oatey All Purpose Cement). It says not to use primer on ABS, but i did anyway since its attaching PVC. Oh well, i'll check it in a bit to see if its holding up. Fittings are not glued to the bulkheads for now in case i need to re-do... Any thought on this??

Nothin better than having the right tool for the wrong job, had to use my air sander with a gringing wheel attachment to cut one of the baffles out of the wet/dry box so it would fit the skimmer. My cut off wheel would not fit in the box with the air line connected. Oh well, in the end the baffle has been removed. Per colorado's suggestion, i'll make the larger of the two sumps (29 gal) the refugium. Man I cant emphasize enough how cool it is to have feed back from the members on this site.... 3reef rocks !!! :)

Here she is stacked on the stand. I didn't realize this when I bought the tank (tank was off the stand), but the top rim of the tank is 5'-10" tall on the stand. Lot taller stand than the one I've got holding the 135 up. It'll be nice to not bend over to see in.

Has anyone ever come across one of these? (Data Sheet). I picked up two to test out, I planned to hook them up on my CL pump as a wakemaker-so-to-say.. I wired them in with a 110v cord. I do not know anything about them other than whats posted in the hyperlink. Maybe a possibility in saltwater??

Well i went ahead and sent an e-mail to plastomatic for their advice.. Hopefully their response is what i'm looking for. If so the Reeflo CL pump might be closer to getting than i thought. Had a guy call up and wants some work done to his YFZ. If everything goes well, I'll be able to order the pump sooner than planned ;)
